At Blue Falcon Gear, we are committed to fulfilling orders promptly and delivering your gear securely. The following Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all orders placed through our online store.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Processing delays may occur during periods of high order volume, product backorders, or inclement weather.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Blue Falcon Gear is not responsible for carrier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

  • Promotional offers for free or discounted shipping may be available and are subject to change.


4. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including APO/FPO addresses.
Note: Additional delivery time may apply to APO/FPO/DPO or U.S. Territories.


5. International Shipping

Blue Falcon Gear currently does/does not offer international shipping.
If offered:

  • Buyers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during international shipping.

  • Delivery timelines vary significantly by destination country.


6. Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates are subject to carrier scanning schedules and may take 24–48 hours to update.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address, carrier error, or force majeure are not the responsibility of Blue Falcon Gear.

  • If your package is marked "Delivered" but you did not receive it, contact the carrier directly.

  • If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier and provide next steps.


8. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping information.

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.


9. Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders, we may require signature upon delivery. You will be notified during checkout or via confirmation email if this applies to your order.


10. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

  • Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused will be refunded minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, unless reshipment is requested (with new shipping charges).


11. Digital Gift Card Delivery

Blue Falcon Gear Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address entered at checkout. No physical gift card will be shipped. Digital delivery is typically instant, but please allow up to 1 hour for processing. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the correct email address is provided. We are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete recipient information.


12. Shipping Policy Changes

Blue Falcon Gear reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be posted to this page with the updated effective date.
