Blue Falcon Gear Return & Refund Policy

At Blue Falcon Gear, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide complete transparency regarding returns. Please read this Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

  • The product must be in original, unused, unaltered condition and returned in its original packaging.

  • A copy of the original purchase receipt must be included with the returned item.

  • The product must not show any signs of wear, use, modification, or damage.

2. Restocking Fee

All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, processing, and repackaging costs. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product, including insurance if desired.

  • Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

4. Inspection and Condition

Returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt:

  • If the item is determined to be used, worn, modified, damaged, or not in original condition, no refund will be issued.

  • In such cases, the item will not be returned to the customer and will be permanently destroyed at our discretion.

We reserve the right to make the final determination regarding product condition and eligibility for return or refund.

5. Refund Method

For qualifying returns:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after inspection and approval.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Any product returned without original receipt

  • Any product returned after the 30-day return window

  • Any product determined to be used or altered

  • Any clearance, promotional, or discounted items (if applicable and stated at time of sale)

7. Gift Cards – Final Sale

  • Blue Falcon Gear Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, except where required by law. All gift card purchases are considered final sale.
  • In the event a product purchased with a gift card is returned in accordance with our return policy, the refunded amount will be reissued to a gift card.

8. Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@bluefalcongear.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if requested by our team)

We will provide instructions and a return authorization if the return is approved.
